Rebote Arcano game privacy
What data Rebote Arcano, the block-breaking game with a magic orb, uses: what stays on your device, purchases and rewarded ads.

This policy covers only the Rebote Arcano game for iPhone and iPad. The website's privacy is explained separately in the www.elrincondeisma.com privacy policy.
In one sentence: Rebote Arcano has no user accounts and no servers of its own; your progress is stored only on your device. The only data that leaves it is what Apple handles when you buy something and what the ad network (Unity Ads) handles when you choose to watch a rewarded ad.

All of this lives in a file in the app's private storage. It is not sent to any server of ours (we have none). If you uninstall the game, it is deleted.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases (gem packs and the starter offer) are processed by Apple (App Store). We never see or store your name, email or payment details: we only receive the purchase confirmation and its ID, which is stored on your device. What Apple does with that data is governed by its own policy.
"Restore purchases" asks the App Store for the list of what you already bought with your account; it needs no data from us.
4. Rewarded ads (Unity Ads)
Rebote Arcano only shows an ad when you ask for it: to get energy, to revive during a level or to double the gems of a win. There are no ads when you open the game, between screens or in banners.
Ads are served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), integrated directly in the game with no other networks. When you request an ad, the SDK may process:
- technical device data (model, system, language) and ad performance data (for example, whether it loaded or failed);
- a device identifier and advertising data;
- an approximate location derived from the IP address;
- how you interact with the ad (whether you watch it fully, whether you tap it).
Non-personalised ads, no tracking. The game configures the SDK to show only contextual, non-personalised ads and does not ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), because no data is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. This data is not linked to your identity. The game works the same if you never watch an ad.
The SDK includes Ad Quality (by Unity), which checks that ads are safe and of good quality. It may process technical data about the device and the ads shown, for the same purposes and within the same limits.

5. Game engine
Rebote Arcano is made with Unity, and purchases go through Unity IAP, which only connects to the App Store. We do not use Unity Analytics; even so, the engine and Unity IAP may send Unity Technologies basic technical data (device model, operating system and crashes) under the same policy.
6. Legal basis and age
- Data stored on your device is processed to provide the service you ask for (playing).
- Purchases are processed to fulfil the purchase contract.
- Ads are shown only when you ask for them, in exchange for the reward.
Rebote Arcano is meant for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 14. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before buying.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to ismael@elrincondeisma.com. Since we have no servers or accounts, we normally keep nothing about you: the game data is on your device, and purchase and ad data is held by Apple and Unity, whom you can also contact.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

If what the game does with data changes, we will update this page and the date above.
